Hotch’s “Not So White Salsa” is a tangy “white” salsa/dip that is great on chips and so much more! This was served at the Georgia Mountain Eggfest pre-party and was a big hit! Hope you enjoy!
Whisk together all ingredients until blended well.(Except for the Pico)
Let chill in the fridge for at least 6-8 hours. (It’s much better when it sits in the fridge overnight)
Stir in the Pico de gallo just before serving.
Serve with Original Sun Chips, Ruffles and or Fritos.
