Hotch’s “Not So White Salsa”

Hotch’s “Not So White Salsa”  is a tangy “white” salsa/dip that is great on chips and so much more!  This was served at the Georgia Mountain Eggfest pre-party and was a big hit!  Hope you enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 C Miracle Whip (Required)
  • 6 Tbl sour cream
  • 2 Tbl It’s my Rub Smooth Blend (Order from Kelley and Bruce’s web site, www.itsmyrub.com)
  • 2 Tsp Fiesta Taco Seasoning
  • 4 Shakes of Fiesta Jalapeno Salt
  • 4 Shakes of Fiesta Chili Lime Seasoning
  • 2 Packet True Lime
  • 1 Tbl chopped garlic (Bottled is OK)
  • 1 Tbl ground cumin
  • 1 Tbl dried oregano
  • 1 Tbl crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 Cup well drained fresh Pico de gallo (I bought at the grocery store)

 Directions:

Whisk together all ingredients until blended well.(Except for the Pico)

Let chill in the fridge for at least 6-8 hours. (It’s much better when it sits in the fridge overnight)

Stir in the Pico de gallo just before serving.

Serve with Original Sun Chips, Ruffles and or Fritos.
